The bedroom, on the first floor, can be reached by a lift inside, or by the spiral staircase from outside.
It has a South-West exposure, thus enjoying sun throughout the day and with direct view on the courtyard.

- Equipped kitchenette with sink, induction hobs, fridge, electric oven/microwave, kettle and crockery
- Living room/Dining room with table and chairs
- Bathroom

On the 1st Floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (it can also be divided into 2 single beds) with access to the balcony
- Bathroom with bathtub
